Our philosophy
The customer is the point of arrival and judge of all our actions: Studio Gallo intends cooperation as being part of the customers’ activities, assessing their needs, satisfying their demands. Facing problems, finding solutions together are the basis of our philosophy.
All the work we carry out is the result of a modern and effective study of the project that by working on the customers’ needs can identify solutions, apply suitable facilities, offer innovative ideas.
At the end of a conversation, sometimes once the issues placed have been memorised or after observing a plan, the typical question comes up: "Can it be done?" our answer, accompanied by a smile, is obvious:
"It can be done!"
The achievement of the objectives set is gained through the full compliance of the applicable safety standards and safeguarding the environment where the new electrical systems that we designed are installed.
We are always searching for new motivation: design considered as a job is not what we are interested in!
We love technique, we like getting our hands dirty at the worksite, but we also want new technologies and we follow the thought of the first philosophers: as for the ancient alchemists our challenge is to combine to their best the different factors which participate in the creative process.
Quality is inserted in this vision as a guidance towards the future, in terms of assurance and guarantee for the customer, through a functional and dynamic organization of our company structure with continuous improvement targets.
This is why the officeholder identified through the application of a Quality System*, consistent with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 standard, the management tool suitable for achieving:
- the fulfilment of the customer’s implicit and explicit expectations
- the educational and training growth of human resources
- the improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes that make up the activities of Studio Gallo
Because Studio Gallo has always:
- constantly trained their personnel
- continuously invested in equipment and new technologies
- always offered "a service": consulting, design, management and verification of the systems, post-project assistance.
